Action Upholstery Supply was established in 1987. We began business out of two small storage trailers and a tiny office and have grown into a nationwide distributor. Due to our continuous growth, we have relocated to a new 12,000 sq. ft. facility at 2227 72nd Avenue E. Sarasota, Florida 34243. Action Upholstery Supply offers products for the home, marine, automotive interior industries at very competitive prices. We began by offering foam products, polyester batting and upholstery supplies. We soon expanded into vinyl fabrics and automotive headliner. We offer an excellent line of products for the marine interior and canvas industries including fasteners, tools, Outdura acrylic canvas, Crystal Clear and Strataglass, and an extensive line of Morbern expanded vinyls. Over the years we have constantly added products to meet the needs of our customers. Action Upholstery Supply is also staffed with friendly knowledgeable people to assist you in any way possible. |

| Our Marketing Policy Terms: COD on all shipments. Net 30 day Open Account with prior application and approval (due 30 days from date of invoice). Past due open account balances subject to 15% finance charge. Checks: Acceptable with our approval. All returned checks will be assessed a minimum $15.00 charge. Return Merchandise: All returns must have prior approval and be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee. Shortages or Damage: Claim must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Examine all merchandise carefully before cutting or putting into use. No allowances will be made after cutting or use. Prices: Subject to change without notice. Delivery: Free delivery for all orders over $160.00 within our normal delivery area. There is a minimum $3.00 delivery fee for orders under $160.00 or outside normal delivery area. Outside of our normal delivery area varying minimums and charges apply. |
