NEW ACCOUNT Action Upholstery Supply is a wholesale distributor
selling only to businesses in the upholstery trade.
This is the most basic information we need to enter a new account and be able to ship an order.
Orders can be placed and shipped prepaid credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted) or payment can be mailed ahead of time. Other forms of payment can be established upon request.

For Florida customers, orders will be shipped with tax until we receive a current DR-13. Tax cannot be credited on orders shipped previous to receipt DR-13. To send the required copy of the DR-13:
